STAR TEAM

Our Star Team Program is designed to provide an opportunity for our recreational students to experience gymnastics at a semi-competitive level.

The program is to help nurture and grow their skills as a gymnast, challenge their physical and mental abilities, and train without the hourly commitment of a USAG gymnast.

On the Stars Team, gymnasts will be given the opportunity to challenge themselves to master specific skills all while developing relationships with other team members. Gymnasts will train 1 1/2 – 5 hours per week.

This training prepares the gymnasts to travel and compete against local gyms where they will perform specific skills and routines according to USA Gymnastics standards. They also have opportunities to participate and perform in community events. The gymnasts love the fact that they get to wear a Star Team leotard and have an opportunity to win medals and trophies.

Our current Star team season runs from August 3, 2026 through July 31, 2027.
