GIRLS RECREATIONAL
Our Girls Recreational classes are designed to teach beginner through advanced gymnastics skills while progressing in a fun and safe environment. Students will build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination while experiencing all of the gymnastics events, such as vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise.
They will also enjoy the trampoline, foam pit, tumble track and other fun activities. In class, gymnasts will be divided into groups according to age and skill level, which is constantly being evaluated.

*Showcase Week will be held twice a year during regular class time in January and July. These Showcases provide students with the opportunity to show off their skills learned in class.
MINI RAYS
60 minute class
Ages 5-7 years
Beginner gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to get started. Athletes will learn how to properly use all of the gymnastics equipment. Class time is spent working on beginner skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline.
Mini Rays Advanced is for our gymnasts ready for the next level. These classes are one hour, and based upon Coach evaluation and recommendation.
Our Jr Elite classes are for those gymnasts that are ready for the next level. The classes meet once a week for 1 1/2 hours, and are based upon coach recommendation and evaluation.
SON RAYS
60 minute
Ages 8-12 years

HOMESCHOOL GIRLS GYMNASTICS
60 minute class
Ages 5-12 years
Advanced gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to continue to elevate their gymnastics skills. Class time is spent working on advanced skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline. Classes are 2 hours long, once per week. Gymnastics can choose to sign up for multiple classes a week.
