Birthday Parties Policies

2-5 Year-Old Party Package

*Birthday parties are for children ages 2 and older.

*Guests can be ages 18 months+.

*Parents are required to join their child on the floor.

*Parties include 8 children.  The party MAX is 10 children (this count includes the birthday child).  The additional guests

above 8 will be charged $15 per child the day of the party.

6+ Year-Old Party Package

*Birthday parties are for children ages 6 and older.

*Guests can be ages 3+, and they must be able to go on the floor without a parent/guardian.

*Parties include 15 children.  The party MAX is 20 children (this count includes the birthday child).  The additional guests

above 15 will be charged $15 per child the day of the party.

For ALL Parties

*The full amount is due upon reserving your party day and time.

*All parties are non-refundable. There are no credits or refunds after a party has been booked.

*Parties may be held for more than one birthday child for an additional $50.  Second birthday child must have an account

set up and added as a birthday 'Honoree' on the party registration form.  Guest count still adheres to the maximum counts provided above for each Party Package.

*Guests must be signed in by parent/guardian upon arrival to participate in the gym’s activities.

*If your child is carpooling with another family, please download and sign our Party Participation Waiver.  ***REMINDER: each parent must stay and join their child on the gym floor for the 2-5 Party Package.

*Children are only allowed on the gym floor when accompanied by a Coach.

Party Details



*Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time so that you may greet your guests as they arrive.

*Each 6+ Year-Old party has a maximum of 2 adults allowed on the gym floor at one time. The participating adults MUST sign the parent waiver and receive a wristband before entering the gym floor.

*Pictures and videos may be recorded from the cubby observation area.

*Each party will be assigned to a party room. When the time comes (approximately 15 minutes before your gym time is over), we will help move your items into the party room and decorate for you. We will also clean-up for you when the party is over.
