When does your season start?  Recreational classes run year-round. Students can join at any time during the year.

How do I register for a class? To register, please visit our website and enroll through our Customer Portal or the Sonshine Gymnastics App.

How do I pay for my classes?  Monthly tuition will automatically be charged on the 2nd of each month. Payments can also be paid at anytime on your customer portal or Sonshine Gymnastics App.

Do you offer free class trial? Yes, we are happy to offer you a free trial for your first class. You may enroll in a Free Trial class through our Customer Portal or the Sonshine Gymnastics App.

Do you offer class discounts?  Yes, we offer sibling, multiple class and military discounts on our Recreational and Star Team programs.

Can I be enrolled in a class and also on a Waitlist? Yes, of course! Visit our Customer Portal or the Sonshine Gymnastics App.

What should my child wear to class? Students should wear tucked in t-shirts and shorts, athletic attire or leotards for girls. Please avoid wearing sports bras as outerwear. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face. Gum and jewelry are not allowed on the gym floor. Sonshine Gymnastics will not be responsible for any items that may be lost or stolen.

How do I cancel my class? The best way to withdraw is the Click to Cancel button on our Customer Portal or Sonshine Gymnastics App. You may also call, send an email or stop by the front desk. We always appreciate feedback.

Can I make changes to my camp enrollment? All camp day additions are modified through the Customer Portal or Sonshine Gymnastics App. Once enrolled, we are unable to credit or refund camp payments for any cancellations. We can change your camp week, however, a $30 change fee per child and per week will be charged to your account.

Will my coach stay the same for my class? Coaches assigned to classes are subject to change. Many classes have multiple coaches due to the utilization of event coaching.

How do I know when you are closed? Please see our Gym Holidays & Closures page under the About Us header. If there is inclement weather, we will post updates regarding closings on our website's Home page and on social media.

Do you offer make-up classes? We do not offer make-up classes. Tuition holds the student's spot in the class, regardless of attendance.

Can I bring unenrolled siblings with me? Yes, but children who are not participating in classes must always be supervised. To ensure everyone's safety, we kindly ask that children do not climb or sit on top of the half wall cubbies. To help us maintain a clean and safe environment, please clean up after yourself and discard of all wrappers, drinks, etc. in our trash receptacles.

Can I bring my own chair? No, outside chairs are not permitted.
