Camp Policies

Half Day Camps, ages 4-13
Full Day Camps, ages 5-13


Registration & Fees:  Camp enrollment is charged upon registration. Review your weeks carefully as there will be no refunds or credits. No exceptions. Any changes will incur a $30 fee per child. $25 is charged for declined payments.

Discounts:  We offer sibling discounts for families enrolling more than one child into the same camp program - same cam week, same days.

Camp Drop-Off and Pick-Up: Campers may be signed in at 8:30am. Activities begin at 9:00am. Pick-up for Half Day is 12:00pm and Full Day pick-up is 4:00pm.

Late Pick-Up: $1/minute will be charged to your account if your child is picked up past 12:00pm for Half Day campers and past 4:00pm for Full Day campers.

Summer After Care: Summer camp offers extended pick-up at 5:00pm. The weekly cost is $30/camper. Discounts are not provided for less than 5 days.

Sick Policy: Please keep your child at home if they have exhibited any of the following symptoms within the last 24 hours: -Fever of 100 degrees F or higher - Nausea or vomiting - Severe headache - Diarrhea - Red, watery eyes with yellow drainage - Undiagnosed rash. Campers with these symptoms must be picked up immediately. If your child is missing camp due to illness, please notify us as soon as possible.

Reminders:
*All campers should bring water bottles.
*An extra change of clothes is recommended.

*Full Day campers need to bring 2 snacks and packed lunch, Half Day campers need to bring one snack. We cannot heat food.

*Please label all items with your child's name. Sonshine Gymnastics is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

*All campers will have daily outside time, weather permitting. Summer campers will also enjoy our water slides and will need to bring a swimsuit, change of clothes and a towel. Coaches can assist with spray sunscreen only.

*Please inform staff of any allergies.
