USAG Men's Team

Level 4: The Level 4 team is made up of boys ages 6 & up which have a burning desire to participate in gymnastics more than once a week for 6 hours or show a strong interest in developing skills at a more intense level. These boys must pass an evaluation to participate at this level. The group trains on the parallel bars, vault, rings, floor, high bar, mushroom and pommel horse while working on level 4 routines sanctioned by the USAG. They also train optional skills that challenge their will to progress beyond this level in each event. In addition, the Level 4 team works hard to participate in festivals, parades and mock meets when held in North Carolina.
