Boys & Girls Rec OptSonshine Gymnastics currently has an advanced recreational program. Once students graduate from recreational classes they may be invited into the Rec Opt program.The Rec Opt program is designed to give gymnasts the opportunity to experience gymnastics competitions without the hourly commitment as USAG gymnasts. They will travel to local competitions, wear a competitive team uniform and have the chance to win medals, ribbons and trophies. They will also work on specific skills and routines for exhibitions in the area. |
