Teacher Workday Escapes
Escape to a fun-filled adventure at Sonshine Gymnastics.
In addition to Track Out Camps, we are now offering Teacher
Workday Escapes where children will enjoy zip line rides,
obstacle courses, games, team building activities, crafts,
and a lot of gymnastics fun. Weather permitting, time on our
outdoor basketball courts and play area will be planned as
well. Every escape is a new experience with our
themed activities.
Half-day Escape
Children must be 3 years or older to attend the half day
escapes.
The hours are 8:45 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.
The fee is $32 per child for members and non-members.
Fee includes instructional time, craft materials, and
morning snack.
Full Day Escape
Children must be 5 years or older to attend the full day
escapes.
The hours are 8:45 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.
The fee is $42 per child for members and non-members.
Fee includes instructional time, craft materials, and
morning snack.
Parents' Night Out
Drop your children off with us for some gymnastics fun and
experience a Friday night on the town!
Parents Night Out is held the third Friday of each month for
ages 5 and up. From 6:30 pm ? 10:00 pm, the kids will enjoy
the rope swing, obstacle courses, foam pits, zip-line,
trampolines and more.
Cost is $15 for members & non-members. Payment is due upon
registering.
Pizza and refreshments are included.

Playgroups
Looking for something fun to do with your Playgroup?
Sonshine Gymnastics offers field trips designed with the 2-4
year olds in mind. Friends will have 45 minutes to enjoy the
obstacle courses, trampolines, pits and games. Call today to
schedule your next outing.
*Parents with children under the age of 3 must participate
with their children.
Field trips
Attention scouts, churches, schools, daycares and sports
teams, Sonshine Gymnastics offers fun activities for your
groups (ages 5-12). We offer great field trip packages
designed specifically to suit your needs. Give us a call!
Special Populations
Sonshine Gymnastics holds a variety of classes for different
special population groups. For those with special needs,
Sonshine holds a class for those 8 years old and up to help
with gross motor skills and sensory issues. We do have a
Special Olympics certified coach available and elegible
athletes go on to train and compete in the Special Olympics.
